1、单位简介
中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院(以下简称深圳先进院)由中国科学院、深圳市人民政府及香港中文大学于2006年2月共同建立,瞄准国际一流工研院,致力于建设与国际学术接轨、与粤港澳大湾区产业接轨的新型科研机构,定位为提升粤港澳大湾区制造业、健康产业和现代服务业的自主创新能力,推动自主知识产权新工业建立,率先建成国际一流科研机构。
The Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology (SIAT) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) was jointly established by CAS, the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government and the Chinese University of Hong Kong in February 2006. With the goal of becoming a world-class industrial research institute, SIAT is committed to developing a new type of research institution that meets international academic standards and integrates with the industries of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Its mission is to enhance the independent innovation capabilities of the manufacturing, healthcare, and modern service sectors within the region, to foster the creation of new industries with proprietary intellectual property, and to lead the way in establishing itself as an internationally leading research institution.
2、论坛介绍
作为深圳先进院的重点活动之一,IBT论坛多年来聚焦国际前沿科技及热点领域,邀请青年学者展开交流探讨、开拓学术视野、促进交流合作、洽谈职业发展规划,取得了良好的成效,成为海内外人才了解粤港澳大湾区、加盟鹏城科技创新的重要渠道。
2024年度IBT论坛将采取“线上+线下”“海内+海外”“主论坛+分论坛”等多重形式,再次与广大学者见面,竭诚欢迎海内外青年才俊关注报名!

具备战略科学家的能力素质,在国内外学术领域有重大影响力;视野开阔,具有高深的学术造诣、深厚科学素养、前瞻判断力、跨学科理解能力、组织领导能力,能够带领团队赶超一流水平。
• Strategic Leadership and Vision: Demonstrates the ability to develop and implement long-term strategies, while also showing strong leadership skills in motivating and guiding high-performing teams.
• Academic Impact and Intellectual Depth: Recognized for significant influence in global academic circles, supported by a solid theoretical foundation and broad scientific knowledge.
• Innovative Insight and Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Possesses forward-thinking ability to anticipate trends and future developments, with proven expertise in fostering innovation through interdisciplinary collaboration.
02.青年拔尖人才
Young Leading Talents
任职条件:
1. 已取得博士学位,年龄原则上不超过40周岁;具有独立从事学术研究的能力及浓厚的学术兴趣、刻苦的钻研精神和开创性的学术思维;
2. 在本学科研究领域具有较高学术影响力,能够创新发展学科某个学术方向并起到引领带动作用;或具有成为该领域学术带头人或杰出人才的发展潜力;
3. 在海外高校、科研机构、企业研发机构获得正式教学或者科研职位,且具有连续36个月以上海外工作经历;在海外取得博士学位且成果特别突出的,可适当放宽工作年限要求。
Qualifications:
•Doctoral degree, preferably under the age of 40, with demonstrated ability to conduct independent research, a strong academic commitment, and a track record of innovative thinking.
•Significant academic influence within the field, with proven capacity to lead and innovate in a specific area, or clear potential to emerge as a thought leader in the academic community.
•Minimum of 36 months of continuous overseas experience in a formal teaching or research position. Candidates with exceptional achievements may be considered with a flexible work experience requirement.
03.学科潜力人才(博士后)
Exceptional Young Talents
任职条件:
1. 已取得博士学位,年龄原则上不超过35周岁,博士毕业不超过3年,未在广东省从事过博士后工作,学科专业背景参考上述;
2. 取得同行专家认可的科研成果,在领域内发表过论文,有项目申请工作经验,有成为该领域学术或技术带头人的发展潜力;
3. 浓厚的学术兴趣、刻苦的钻研精神和开创性的学术思维;
4. 有责任心和团队合作精神,有相关研究研发经验者优先;
Qualifications:
•Seeking Ph.D. holders under 35 with strong research backgrounds and 3 years post-graduation experience.
•Proven achievements in high-impact publications and competitive grants.
•Must show potential for academic or tech leadership, with a proactive and innovative research mindset. R&D experience preferred.
